Saf3AI offers an SMS security alerts program ("Saf3AI Security Alerts") through which designated contacts at our customer organizations can opt in to receive transactional security and incident notifications by text message. Participation is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any Saf3AI product or service. - Consent: We send SMS messages only to mobile numbers that have expressly opted in through our opt-in form.
- Message types: Messages are transactional only (e.g., critical AI security events, policy-violation alerts, and incident notifications). We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
- Frequency & cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

No sharing of mobile information for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the SMS alerts program is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to operate the program. We may share this information only with subprocessors (such as our SMS delivery provider) strictly to send the messages you opted in to receive. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their marketing purposes under any circumstances.
